Once we’ve talked about your product details with our network of factories, our team will put together a quote for you.
If your order calls for a custom design, we’ll need your approval before moving forward with sampling and production.
Once you’re satisfied with your quote and design, we’ll ask for a deposit to kickstart your order.
Typically, production takes anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks.
As we near the end of production, one of our team members will conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure your order meets specifications and matches the initial samples.
Once you’re pleased with how production turned out, we’ll need the balance payment before shipping your order.
We ship orders either by sea or air cargo. Additionally, we have a warehouse where we can consolidate orders if needed.
